About NFCS Enugu Diocese
Living the Faith • Serving the Community — Catholic students across the tertiary institutions of the Catholic Diocese of Enugu.
Who we are
A spiritual home
away from home
NFCS Enugu Diocese brings together Catholic students from universities, polytechnics and colleges across our diocese. We are part of the Nigeria Federation of Catholic Students — a body that has accompanied Nigerian students in their faith and their studies since 1956.
Under the patronage of St. Albert the Great, the Dominican friar who held together the life of the mind and the life of prayer, we take both seriously: the lecture hall and the sanctuary belong to the same calling.
Whether you study at ESUT, the University of Nigeria Nsukka, Godfrey Okoye University, IMT, Osisatech, or any other institution within the diocese, there is a chapter waiting for you — and a community that will know your name.

The life of the chapter
What We Do
Worship
Weekly Mass, adoration, the rosary and the sacraments. The sacramental rhythm is the spine of everything else we do.
Formation
Catechesis, Bible study, seminars and retreats — so that a student can give an account of the faith they hold.
Service & Charity
Outreach to parishes, orphanages, hospitals and communities across the diocese. Who cares? We answer that question in deeds.
Academics
Study groups, mentorship and tutorials. Excellence in one's course is part of a student's vocation, not a distraction from it.
Fellowship
Congresses, socials, sports and the ordinary friendships that carry a student through four demanding years.
The Diocesan Chaplaincy
Accompanied, not left alone
“Dear students, NFCS is your spiritual home away from home. Here, we grow in faith together, support one another through the challenges of college life, and learn to be the light of Christ in our campuses and communities. I’m always here for you.”
